Questions, feedback, or just want to say hello? We'd love to hear from you.
PromptMastery is built for our readers, and your input directly shapes what we create next. Whether you have a question about a specific prompting technique, want to suggest a topic for a future guide, or noticed something on the site that could be improved — I genuinely want to hear from you.
I'm Alex Chen, the author behind all the content on PromptMastery. I personally read every message that comes in, and I do my best to respond thoughtfully to each one. You can learn more about my background and our editorial standards on the About page.

Here are the most common reasons readers reach out — and how we can assist:
Have an idea for a prompt guide we should write? Found a section that could be clearer? Your feedback directly influences our content roadmap. Many of our most popular guides — including our productivity prompts collection — were created in response to reader requests.
Struggling to get the right output from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini? While I can't provide one-on-one consulting for free, I'm happy to point you toward the right guide or technique. Be sure to check our main cheat sheet and business prompts first — the answer might already be there.
If you're interested in content collaborations, guest contributions, cross-promotion, or media inquiries, I'd love to hear your proposal. Please include details about your organization and what you have in mind so I can respond more effectively.
Found a broken link, formatting error, or something that isn't displaying correctly? Please let us know so we can fix it promptly. Include the page URL and a brief description of the issue, and we'll address it as quickly as possible.
I aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours during business days. If your inquiry requires a detailed response (like prompting advice or partnership evaluation), it may take a bit longer — but I'll acknowledge receipt quickly so you know your message wasn't lost.
PromptMastery is growing, and there are several ways to stay in the loop with new guides, prompt updates, and AI insights:
Social profiles are being set up — check back soon for direct links, or email us to be notified when they launch.
Absolutely! We love seeing what our community creates. If you've developed a prompt that consistently produces great results, send it our way via email. Include the prompt text, which AI model you tested it on, and a brief description of the results you've seen. If it meets our quality standards after testing, we'll feature it with full credit to you. Some of our most popular prompts have come from reader contributions.
Currently, all of our resources are provided through our free written guides. We don't offer paid one-on-one consulting at this time. However, our guides are designed to be comprehensive enough to address most prompting challenges — check our main cheat sheet for foundational techniques, or our specialized guides for business, content creation, and productivity use cases. If you have a specific question, feel free to email us and I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
We review and update all of our guides on a monthly basis. AI models change frequently — a new model version can alter how prompts perform — so we continuously test and refine our recommendations. Every page displays a "Last Updated" date so you can see exactly how current the information is. If you notice something outdated between updates, please let us know and we'll prioritize a revision.
We're selectively open to partnerships that align with our mission of making AI more accessible. If you represent an AI tool, educational platform, or technology publication and would like to collaborate, send us an email with details about your organization and your proposal. We evaluate all partnership inquiries based on relevance to our audience, quality standards, and alignment with our editorial values. Please allow 3–5 business days for a response on partnership inquiries.
Yes! All prompt templates published on PromptMastery are free to use for both personal and commercial purposes. You're welcome to adapt them for your business, client work, or projects. We only ask that you don't republish our guides themselves (the written content and analysis) without permission. The prompts are tools — use them however serves you best.
